Needs this scholarship to cover; tuition, living expenses, books and other needs

Maximum scholarship cap

Choose the criteria used to award the scholarship

Resident of Banda (or should we consider Banda vicinity)

Grade (class) level that we are considering (i.e. Class 8+ or after high school)

Financial status (to ensure that it goes to financial needy only)

Merit dependent (consider both class grades and some sort of aptitude test)

Should we consider a short essay to ensure level of commitment from applicants

Should it be limited to a particular field of study (i.e. science and commerce)?

Limit to certain number of students (i.e. 10/20, etc.)

Additional considerations for girls and any others? Should we ensure that it goes across religion, cast, gender?

Means of funds disbursement

Directly to student’s bank account, in person, directly through schools, etc.?

Frequency (i.e. monthly, quarterly, etc.)

Transparency through independent audit or verification if funds are reaching to right place?
