Virag Masuraha was born and brought up in Banda, Uttar Pradesh to parents Shri Om Prakash and Srimati Ramakanti Masuriha. He did his High Schooling (10^th) from D.A.V. Inter College and Intermediate (12^th) from Government Inter College, both in Banda. Virag received much of his life lessons from his parents who are firmly rooted in religious and moral values reflective of a small town. Motivation to initiate this foundation arose from these values that he ingrained in a culturally secure & middle class joint family and a childhood full of interpersonal interactions in a city like Banda.

Virag is currently serving as a Senior Vice President (SVP) and the Head of Anti Money Laundering and Fraud Prevention Analytics with PNC, a 5^th largest bank in the United States. He lives in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA with his wife, Arpana, a Doctor in Physical Therapy and their two kids.

Virag holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management, Chicago, USA one of the premier MBA institutes in the world and a Masters in Engineering from Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN, USA. He completed his Bachelors in Civil Engineering from Regional Engineer College (now a NIIT), Trichy and received “The Best Outgoing Student Award in 1996” within the Civil Engineering branch for his contributions in Academics, Sports and Cultural activities. Virag also won several Gold Medals in statewide competitions in Body Building & Weight Lifting and was concurred Mr. REC for the Best Physique in RECT in 1995.

Pramod Seth was born and brought up in Banda, Uttar Pradesh to parents Shri Ganesh Prasad and Shrimati Shakuntala Seth. He did his Higher Secondary education from Banda. Pramod belongs to a middle class-joint family and grew up watching his parents sacrificing their own comfort & wellbeing to educate him. His parents being active members of the society, imparted him with the values of finding his own happiness in the welfare of the people around him. To serve values and dreams of his parents, Pramod sought an opportunity through this foundation to serve young and not so financially well-off students from his hometown, Banda.

Pramod is currently serving as a Director in one of the leading Infrastructure Companies in India while also heading its consultancy wing with its offices in India and abroad. He lives in Faridabad, a part of the NCR Delhi with his wife Dr. Sarita Seth and their two kids. His wife, Dr. Sarita currently works with the Indian Oil Corporation Ltd., one of the Maharatna PSU in India as Senior Scientist.

Pramod holds a CA degree from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, a MBA from the Bhartiar University, Coimbatore and a B.Tech in Civil Engineering from Rajasthan Vidyapeeth University, Rajasthan. He also completed his initial Bachelor of Science from Dr. Harisingh Gaur University, Sagar, Madhya Pradesh. During his graduation years, he participated in various sports and cultural activities and won several accolades and medals.
